DELIVERY
We deliver all over the world. Delivery in Switzerland is free of charge and takes from 3 to 5 working days. Outside of Switzerland, the delivery time can be up to 12 days depending on the postal specifications of the country. Shipping prices outside of Switzerland are set according to the value of the order and the destination of the package. The delivery is made via the Swiss post office only which ensures a secure international service of quality. Delivery outside of Switzerland may incur additional costs such as customs and VAT depending on the country.
The items are delivered in 100% recyclable packaging.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You can return items within 10 days from the date of receipt of the package. You will find the return information on the back of the delivery note enclosed with your package. The value of the returned items will be credited to your account within 15 days from the date of receipt of your return package.
In the event of a defect, please return the goods to us in the original packaging, specifying the defect on the return form. Once we have checked the defect, the full cost of delivery, goods and return postage will be credited to your account within 15 days of receipt of the parcel. If you wish to order a different size, you will need to pay for the return. However, we will send you the size you require without shipping costs. To use this service, please return the goods and specify the size you require on the return form.

REPAIR SERVICE
You are not satisfied with the quality of a garment? A defect has appeared after some time, and you believe that it is not due to natural wear even following the care instructions?
You have 2 years from the date of purchase to notify us of this concern/defect. Please use the contact form to inform us and we will do our best to repair it in our workshop or replace it if this is impossible.
Because a garment should be designed and manufactured to last, this service also helps us to improve the quality of our products!
PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
You can select the currency of your choice from the menu in the footer of the site. The total price for the payment of your order is expressed in Swiss francs according to the official exchange rate of the day.
Payment for an order is required before delivery.
Customers have 3 means of payment:
- via their Paypal account which ensures a secure international transaction.
- by bank transfer to the account of Whereismarlo Sàrl.
- by secure bank payment (Stripe)
